Not, the wallet is not yet released. We need to wait for the wallet to be released so we can claim out HLM and set up the masternodes.

mainnet is not launch yet, and of course the wallet is not available for now,,
many people wait for this, but there is no exact date about the launch of Helium
we should wait for the next announcement from Helium team
