Same problem...
2 Scammer pools. Just mine solo, if you have more than 1MH/s Hashpower. Otherwise you are stuck with 2 crap pools.
Both are not working properly -> est. shares are still over 100% -> that bug was fixed @ earthcoin

That's true.
Was on speedminers... and this morning I checked my rigs via VNC -> all mining -> but no payout. 7 hours running without mining something usefull.
Backup pools, CGWatcher doesn't help if the backend of the pool is still running somehow, but not working properly.

CGminer doesn't switch pools, if you still send them new work. That's a complete waste of electricity and hashpower.

Same goes for http://speedminers.com ...
