What legal documents do you need to obtain in order to carry out your activity freely? How much money received from selling tokens will be spent on it?
To provide liquidity from and to licensed brokerages, we will have to obtain a brokerage license ourself. This means we will need to have segregated accounts (for FCA regulation), registered capital, etc. We will start this only after we finish the base part of our system, the software part, etc. If we take into account segregated accounts fund, we might need dozens of USD millions for that, so we start this part of the project only after we reach more than $19 mln token sales.

In which cases will you use the client protection fund? Who will fill it with money?
We will not use the clients funds, we act as intermediaries between broker and trader. 1. A trader send money to a broker via our smart contract.
2. The system freeze the money on this smart contract.
3. If the broker acts illegally, the funds will go back to trader

Seems like a great project with actual purpose. What is your promotion/marketing strategy? In the roadmap, it only says active promotion from 2019. 1000 brokers by year 2020 means averagely at least 1 broker on board everyday.
