Do you guarantee a 100% probability that the “A” category brokers will ensure the withdrawal of all funds, including the trader's profit? Is it possible that a “A” category broker will violate the conditions and the trader won’t receive the earned profit?
If there are no problems with broker and trader, broker has to 100% ensure the withdrawal of all funds. However, if the broker violate the conditions, we will refund all your money and ban these broken in the system (If we sell the right amount of tokens during ICO, we will create own fund, which will insure 100% that you will receive money.)

Judging by information from the WP, dispute resolution consists of two stages: the firest one is preceded via Verify My Trade system and the second is conducted with the help of FinCom experts.A complaint can be filed within 1 business day after the trade is closed. This period may be extended in exceptional circumstances.

Hello, few stages:
At the first stage of reviewing the claim, the trades in question are automatically analyzed with “Verify My Trade” system. Second,Then the system make the decision.
Third, If the broker and/or the client don’t agree with the results of the trade’s automatic analysis, they may appeal to Financial Commission. It’s a paid service(you can pay by tokens). FinaCom experts receive all the data connected to the trade’s execution, request additional documents from the client and/or broker if necessary, and announce the final decision. This ruling can not be appealed.
