Because you wrote EVERYONE with less than 3 accounts per IP will get it.
And that was supposed to be final.
It would have meant I and all of my referrals qualify (most got in without referrals by themselves). But so far none of them received tokens (34 out of 65 who actually replied).
Ok....
1. I should definitely not be affected by the '3 IP rule' (one friend of mine, 2 random sign-ups from blog or twitter) but have not been paid out so far as well.
2. As stated earlier, that rule will affect many people who did nothing wrong. Many people esp. in developing countries are behind forced proxies and appear to be having the same IP if their provider uses this way to save bandwidth and IP allocation - and they usually don't know about it. Many people use VPN like the built-in Opera VPN for privacy concerns (e.g. my girlfriend will not get her 75 tokens, she routinely uses Opera VPN since our local ISP is, ummm, a bit nosey...) and are still perfectly legit, real persons... There were very few rules on the bounty website, now they narrowed down who they pay out. Bad business practice. And rules that actually favor the professional cheaters, who are now boasting on other forums and often got paid even twice, LOL...
