Yes we are building a new blockchain to keep the delivery records safely. The current blockchains do not support keeping data with a size of a delivery record anyway.
User data is encrypted before going online and sent via BT protocol, after delivery it will be removed. So the security is good, and the platform is completely different from others.

There are some initiatives to combine Blockchain and BitTorrent.
What they are thinking are speeding up Blockchain by BitTorrent, paying crypto to provide data storage for others, or keeping a trace on data delivered using BitTorrent.
We think another way. Peers work (helping others to deliver secret) under BitTorrent protocol, and get paid (in crypto) under Blockchain protocol.
That's why we think we can stand out.

Once winter holidays are over I hope that team will keep presence on this forum via this thread. They have moved initial coin offering to second quarter of next year and a detailed update was given. One thing that show them highly serious that they paid tokens to those tried to help them via their bounty program. Since services are highly needed in everyday so this business has chance to succeed.

There is no doubt and two opinions on the potential and use cases of this project. Obviously, markets uncertainty played role in its slower fundraising. Now there are less than two weeks and total raised money is $73040 approximately. Would you carry on development with whatever you succeed to raise or not achieving of soft cap mean stop working on project ?
Short answer : We will continue the development and release it, just when.
Long answer :
If we cannot pass the soft cap, we will refund the fund raised on public sales. We will pause our exchange listing, but the development will continue.
We may need to create extra round of fund raising later and it may delay the project schedule, but the delay should not be more than six months.
One thing special about this project is that nearly all private investors are our previous customers or someone we know before the ICO. They invest because they want to use the platform. Trading the coins for profit is a plus, not the main purpose.
This is the reason why the project will go on even the soft cap is not reached.

As Bitcoin setting stage for next market boom and interest in people is also growing fast. All this will draw investors attention towards projects built on strong fundamentals and use case to get benefited as well. The timing of crowdfunding for Authpaper is interesting and will attract smart money in coming weeks in my opinion. We need such platforms for succeed to use their services.
