I have not figured it all out yet, but I enjoyed reading whitepaper very much. Also thanks for the feedback and for the detailed answers to all questions. I hope you guys wil succeed.

Looks like a really disruptive and much needed project. I'm betting this project will go far. Good to see so many talented people and advisors on the team. In particular, the concept of giving holders of tokens the opportunity to profit from the extraction of various cryptocurrencies without the need for any technical knowledge is really progressive. I will give 5 stars for the project.

In order to provide AX1 ICO investors with an additional degree of protection and comfort, the issuer has chosen to use a Jersey company.  Jersey’s sophisticated regulatory approach requires any ICO issuer to obtain a specific consent from the Jersey Companies Registry, part of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.  Whilst this consent does not give the ICO a ‘regulated’ status, it is bespoke to the ICO in question, and mandates an additional set of conditions designed to ensure continued high standards of governance, investor disclosure and AML/CFT compliance.

With AX1, we are offering token holders the chance to participate in a managed mining operation and enjoy capital appreciation via contractually guaranteed economic rights in the portfolio of mined coins.
After deduction of any costs and liabilities incurred by the issuer, at least  fty percent of the value of the mined coins will be placed in a segregated account in order to asset back the AX1 Tokens. This represents a real, contractual, substantive and auditable value guarantee and is a key strength of this offer in addition to the other attributes of the AX1 Tokens.
Under this arrangement, the Issuer will have NO further entitlement to withdraw, or otherwise use for any purpose of the issuer, ANY of the assets of this segregated account: its value therefore provides a solid basis for the perpetual assetbacking of the AX1 token and peace of mind to AX1 token holders that the Tokens are true and verifable store of value

 the contract was created by our lead ethereum developer jack pickering hence the name picktoken, however please note this is in no way related to the actual token name it is simple the name of the contract which facilitates the token functionality

it is similar to a contract created by token market -

the token is an AX1 token

your token says it is called picktoken on etherscan...is it picktoken or ax1??
