Just 15 hrs remaining to get 40% additional Bitfence HNY tokens. You will get 8400 HNY tokens with 1ETH. Regular price without bonus is 6000. After 15hrs, bonus offering of HNY tokens will be lowered.

Thanks for this friend. The hour is gradually counting down and soon it will bring to an end the current bonus stage of sales. It would be good to join in with program this time if you have plans to.

10 more hours of 40% discount!

Please visit our site, and learn how we can help to protect you from hackers!

Many, who is not familiar with information security, asked about Honeypots and Honeynets. This is really good read about them:

https://www.sans.edu/cyber-research/security-laboratory/article/honeypots-guide

We pay people HNY tokens to be our "hacker miners", they can run either software program or RaspberryPi/BeagleBone with pre-installed software.

40% bonus ends in 1 day. 35% of presale goal reached!

https://bitfence.io

The presale is really going in well for bitfence... And 40 % bonus is actually very big for anyone to miss out.

Aha, 35% token sold is good news. Still more than 2 weeks remaining for pre-sales end date. What is the price of one token? Is it fixed in USD or ETH?
I think the price is fixed in ETH you can see it on their website where they say 1 ETH = 6000 HNY do you think they will reach their cap for the pre-sale? which is 500 eth.

I’m pretty sure they will hit their goal they seem to have a pretty solid technical plan, good media team, and a sizeable marketing push for this stage in the ico. Not to mention the goal itself seems very achievable it’s not an insanely high amount and has a good bonus attached

Yes, good response for token sale till now. Also experts have given very good ICO rating. Anything above 4 out of 5 is good ratings. And this ICO got 4.4.

Don't miss the presale/sale April to June because a project such as BitFence is an embodiment of success. It has real-world uses. Everybody is concerned about data security.

Im interested to see their raspberry pi versions that they sell, if they sold preconfigured SD cards as well i recon they'd make a huge amount of sales.  A little Raspberry pi Zero with this on could be a very cheap solution if the software is good.

I went through the whitepaper again and from what I understood the mean they use to combat hackers would be through baits. So they use vulnerable systems or basically use a software that is hackable and accordingly gather data and plan on it. If the team can clarify if this is the approach for enterprises as well?

The Bait system is quite adventurous, I can see its productivity already but what if the hacker knows before hand its about attempting a Bait system and instead gets to learn more about the system he intends to attack and do a copy that counter attack whatever measures put in place to stop attack    Huh

Unless maybe the system would evolve and increase complexity something like the proof of work concept. it gets harder to crack everytime. Now this is just a assumption; I am not certain how they do it though.

Yeah that was my point in a post earlier, id like to know how it works because if someone is inside your network already a honeypot isn't going to do much, what if the malicious users works at the company so has access to the internal LAN rather than just the guest WIFI / network, or has gotten access via a USB backdoor?

Thanks mate for the reminder. What is the next bonus step in the Bifence ICO? I need to hurry to get the 40% bonus.

Not long left before the 40% bonus is up. Very generous amount offering good value at this stage of the ICO.
It would be good to get some more detailed information on the infrastructure at bitfence and how it works exactly

How does your algo remove hackers from a network?

I am curious to know the same. Do you like have a pre-defined list of possible patterns and you match and according evolve; I am guessing you guys are implement some pattern detection algo. If you can shed some light on this?
You have raised a very interesting topic and I am now also interested in this issue. Smiley Smiley Tell us, please, about this

Yea, that was a nice question, however, using specific patterns to match to locate and solve problems sounds more like the behavior of an AI because once specific data has been inputed, the AI can be able to identify the needed issues based on that data and according to their whitepaper, such can be analyzed, processed and ranked (in accordance with risk factor) by artificial intelligence algorithm in real time, so yea, the project is based on AI

Behavioral patterns can be tricky but can be effective too. Take the new Google spam combat mechanism (the I am not a robot) It mostly detects the patterns or behaviour of input considers several attributes in the process. It is quite effective if you ask me. I am wondering if bitfence doing the same here for the blockchain.

I guess they will because this is a very critical project as it has to do with cyber security, there security has to be top notch because they intend to provide security to the community, so is of necessity that they continually update the patterns to counter any effect that may come up

Cyber security will become more and more significant. Especially for companies, to secure their database and the data of their customers.

As technology advances so does the vulnerabilities potential, opens up more holes and more backdoors. This is why I think this project has potential if it can minimize the risks with the new potential holes it will be mass adopted if it is successful

You're right, the digital world is a blessing but it comes with massive risks, so anything that will curb the negative issues we face everyday on the web, should be commendable, sometimes it gives one the creep anytime you think about logging into your accounts or wallets, is not just a safe place, we need protection

HNY TOKEN PRE SALE IS LIVE. But I dont see any progress bar for this tokens sale.
I checked at https://bitfence.io/ I hope I am looking at correct site.

I am really suprised to see good projects like bitfence dont have ICO progress bar. This kind of bar will show that the project is transparent and will attract many investors. Hope team sees this message.
I do see a bar that says Presale, April 2018 but it does not show any progress maybe it is because of the presale and when the actual sale starts they are going to put a bar there?

I don't know if it wasn't there when you guys checked but as at when I was Checking, I found a progress bar stating the amount of ETH raise already. They have raise 170.2 out of 500 ETH as at when I checked.

I am trying to understand how does algo remove hackers from a network by reading whitepaper. But I am not security expert so I am confused as well. Hope BITFENCE team gives us short summary here.

Same with you  mate, i am trying to understand everything because this project really have a big market potential, not only the AI will do everything to identify hackers but also bitfence miners will also helpful as Eyes and Ears tto Bitfence Threat Intellignece Networ will use a designed software called 'StingMiner' in order to attact hackers and communicate the threat information to Bitfence and rewards will follow.
