Because "green" construction is gaining popularity now. The capitalization of "green" objects is higher than that of conventional ones. In addition, the cost of construction is lower.
Is it possible that BitRent will not be able to conclude partnerships with new "green" objects and the platform will stop working?

It probably happens due to the use of smart contracts. All the terms of investment are clearly defined in them. If I understand correctly, they are updated at each stage of construction and an investor views all the current information about the current state of the object.

This sounds like a great tool not only for professional investors, but for people who are just trying to get their own flat/house. I know from my own experience that having a flat in an under-construction building is a constant stress, which would become better if a platform like this existed.

If demand for tokens will greatly exceed the supply in the future, do you consider the option of releasing additional tokens?
It's unlikely that the creators of BitRent will take such a step. This can affect the cost of the tokens. It is said that now there will be a 1 billion token issue, and then no additional tokens will be issued.
And if all the tokens are bought by one investor and the offer becomes zero, will this somehow affect the growth of the cost of BitRent tokens?
