RealtyShares has a large entry threshold - from 5,000 dollars, not everyone can afford it. And BitRent offers to invest the minimum funds in real estate at the initial stage of construction.

And what is the minimum input threshold in BitRent? Perhaps their entrance threshold will be too big for many people.
