1) Client & Freelancer agree to terms
2) Client deposits funds in escrow
3) Freelancer delivers project
4) Client approves the project
5) Escrow disburses funds to the Freelancer

It's because they're dishonest and lazy. They also rushed their ICO just to quickly drain gullible investors of their money.

Lazy i would say a little considering huge amount of peer pressure and responsibility. We have already presented our honesty by rushing for listing our coin to HitBTC. I am really not sure what makes you say 'rushed their ICO'. I hope with same you also understand every end user is potential investors and in that case saying 'gullible investors' sounds poor.

HitBTC is a joke and wouldn't display any honesty even if it wasn't. CL is just a copy/paste that doesn't bring anything of its own to the table, which makes everyone involved lazy and dishonest intellectual thieves. This is what the rushed ICO clearly signals as well.
CL popped out of nowhere with a poor copy of an existing project and tries to get people to invest in it before creating anything of substance. The dozens of "crypto advisors" speak bounds and volumes about the genuity of CL as well, a bunch of greedy people who are here to ride the ICO hype without producing any value of their own. Either way, best of luck to you, you will need it.

I am really not sure what makes you captive and conclude such statements, i hope you are you understand theme and concept of ICO.
