It’s cool that smart contracts will be compiled automatically and you don’t need programming skills. So, as far as I understand, Confideal will provide generic smart-contracts and users just have to add the terms and that’s all, isn’t it?
Smart contract technology represents an ideal tool for low-risk deal-making: outlined and executed by program code, the contract between the counterparties can be fulfilled or broken only in accordance with the originally established terms. Also, due to the technical specifics of the blockchain - the distributed database where the smart contract is stored - any interference aimed at changing the terms of the deal after it has been signed is nearly impossible.
Will the creation of the smart-contract user-friendly?
We understand that Confideal interface must be simple and comfortable for everyone, that is why our platform definitely will have a lot of hints and recommendations for users. Now, we are working on a new interface. Also, we have released training videos, which describes What is Confideal? How does arbitration work? in order to increase awareness of all users.

If the arbitrator doesn’t begin to resolve the dispute for a long time and remains out of touch, may the parties to the smart contract appoint another one?
Does the cost of arbitrator’s services depend on his position in the ranking or is it fixed for everybody?No, basic arbitration fee - up to 10% from contract amount.

No, this feature only for arbitrators, they need to confirm their status as professional arbiters. Arbiter - a qualified third-party legal firm or professional, chosen as an arbiter to resolve a dispute on Confideal platform. After submitting the necessary documents to confirm their status, arbiter candidates are approved by Confideal and are allowed to use the platform. The choice of an arbiter for a particular contract is made by the counterparties themselves, before entering the deal;

Can I recharge a balance with fiat funds in Confideal and then exchange fiat funds into crypto-currency inside the service?
No, first of all, you need an Ethereum wallet. If you don’t have one, you should set up one. There are many tools and apps for that. But you need a wallet that supports all ERC-20 tokens and of which only you have the private key. Now you can actually start using your wallet. To participate in Confideal token sale you need Ether. In order to fill your wallet with Ether, you will need a cryptocurrency exchange.
There are many exchanges out there, such as Coinbase, Kraken, Bitfinex, Bittrex, and much more. Some of these allow you to trade fiat currency (dollars or euro) for Ethereum directly, while others only allow exchanging Bitcoin (BTC) or another cryptocurrency to ETH.
