Some features have been delayed on their release, due to putting other features ahead. Other features required alteration to stay within laws and adoptability. We have made exceptional strides in innovation. We have already applied for our E-money license and these can take years for approval. At the end of the day, if you are displeased with our advancements, you are not forced to use our services.

Security algorithms are in place to detect suspicious movement on accounts for our users safety. Sometimes proof of identity, white listing of the card or bank statements are required for this purpose. It is an automatic system. Also, as of January 10th, 2020, AML 5 directive requires that all crypto transfers be verified. KYC is now required for wallet to wallet transfers.
