Has anybody already successfully got the card topped up?
I'm waiting more than 10 days already for my manual top up.
Last message 10 days ago was, the top up will me made during the next few days.
Currently, our card partner is experiencing some minor issues and the service is under maintenance. Sorry for the problem. Services will be returning to normal soon. We, unfortunately, do not have a time frame on their maintenance.

Approximately 10 days ago I received an email that the card will be topped up in the next few days.
But nothing happened so far.
Please reply to the email you received from the team.
I've replied to the email already.
But the answer did not really help me.
Answer was:
Note that we have more requests at the moment, and our team will need more time for this.
But it's already a quite long time...
And 10 more days gone without any top up...
It's 4 weeks now, since I filled out this form and requested the top up.
Please correspond in the open email that you have with the team. Sorry for your trouble.

I managed to top up the card using the form. But I am still unable to withdraw from the card.
Top up occured like end of first week of June. But I used the form they requested.
From what I Received from the support team was this:
the Crypterium Card UnionPay Edition is facing some technical difficulties that prevent our card program to work
our card partner is working on a solution, some features might work in a limited manner. Until things go back to normal, we understand this situation affects the quality of our services.
My app shows I have funds on the card itself. But when I go to take the money out, the ATM, it does not work.
I've already notified them of this. I am still waiting on a solution
