600 Virtual card per every batch in 3 days is not a big number, I am sure you delivered more than 15000 plastic cards. Are virtual cards from Visa? or you plan to use the UnionPay one more time as other projects? Is there any update regarding the cash out function which is disabled for the 10 days?

Their cash out function is not stable and the maintenance warning pop-ups for the last few days, maintenance can take only 3-4 hours or 1-2 day but this one is going for a long time. UnionPay cards are the new exit gate for the crypto banking projects but they can't handle to replace the old card for the last quarter.

First of all, I have contacted several times with the support team before writing my feedback on the forum. 3D secure function disabled cards can not be attached to the app and after contacting the live chat, the representative advised sending the selfie with the mentioned card for passing the security check by your partner. Unfortunately, completing these steps didn't solve the problem.

Hello, we are about to release a new feature that will allow you to identify yourself in the app so you will be able to use your card. Stay tuned for the next upate.

So... here it goes: virtual versions of the Crypterium Card will be enabled in the first week of December (2-6) to all existing card holders   This will be done in batches of 600 people every 3 days.

If you had an active balance on your previous card, it will automatically become available on your virtual card. And yes, that means you can start spending cryptocurrencies straight away! :heart_eyes:

In some cases, we'll ask for additional documents since our new partner works under a different KYC standard.

Instant loading, immediate transactions, card-to-card transfers and online shopping with crypto is just around the corner. :muscle:

ur goal is perfect, not good

 The launch of the first Crypterium Card was overwhelmingly successful.  Many people ordered, loaded and used the card in more than 150 countries, but it was not the perfect solution.

 While working with the card, we concluded that there were ways we could do things much better.  The card we issued did not have an immediate charge of the funds during the reload.  In some cases, users may take a few days to receive funds on their cards.

 In addition, the card had no NFC or virtual card capability.  We understand that a virtual card is vital due to the long delivery period.

 Once we saw how many people required to use the card and we knew how much better we could do it, we decided to put it on hold.  The issuance of new cards has taken a little longer than expected, but now we are pleased to say that new cards are available today.

 First, we are focusing on the issuance of the new card to our more than 10,000 existing cardholders.  Each cardholder will receive a virtual card inside their mobile phone in the next few days.

 Once the virtual card is activated, we will transfer the balance of the previous card to the virtual card, which can be easily seen inside your wallet.  Then, we will issue the new plastic cards to replace old cards at no cost to our current holders.  The new card and the new service will be radically better than the previous one, with equally competitive limits, but with greater speed and service.  Gone are the 2 or 3 day waiting days for your funds to be available.  Once you load your new card, it will be displayed in the system in minutes.

 It has always been our vision to provide a global single window for cryptography.  We want to provide our users with instant access to these services and we are thinking about what is next for our users.  "

how long have you ordered a card from Crypterium? I heard that some members of Crypterium have also gotten their cards,
maybe you have a problem being delayed, it seems that contacting crypterium for help is the solution for you, hopefully it will be sent soon,
and for crypterium I believe they will be even better, CRPT has proven that they have occupy the top 100 Coinmarketcap
