You should have some inclination to medicine in order to fully understand the white paper, but if you can grasp what the project is trying to achieve such as being a collection of medical records that can determine cure to common illness.

Its normal with most of the projects, you need some existing knowledge to completely understand them since they can be quite specific and i think eHealth is still quite easy to understand compared to some other ones.
The main idea of the project is easy to understand, but I think they should try to make marketing (wp, videos, ..) easier to reach as many people as possible.

They definitely need some really good videos which explains the whole concept. I guess for quite some people seeing the sheer volume of the white paper is discouraging and they don't bother to pay attention to the the project.

They are uploading from time to time videos on their YT channel but they are more about the basics, not the content of the whitepaper explained. I hope they will upload something more in detail in the near future. It would help potential investors understanding the project more in detail

I think there should be either a video explaining the project in layman terms or a short whitepaper that explains the basic principles of the project. But i do believe they should keep the current whitepaper. Clearly a lot of work has gone into it and people who have enough experience and knowledge in the medical sector will be able to judge the project on all the details.

Yeah, such marketing tools should be easy to comprehend to make it more effective to its target audiences. Imho.

Video is the best media to be used. Health is a hard subject and watching the explanation via videos will make it a bit easier.

i read the whitepaper now like 100 pages so far and i must say, damn, i feel like becoming a medicine student. there are so many special words from the medicine sector, like health marker and more stuff like that, which i cant pronounce. really, this should be easy to understand >< i have a very hard time ><
Haha, is it really that complicated? Maybe I will try to finaly read it

It’s not that hard if English is your first language.
It was quite an interesting read for me.

Even english is your first language, health vocabulary won't be easy to understand, imo.

there are specialist terms that lay men won't understand. but that's a good thing in this case. it means these people know of what they speak.
Yes, so we can see, that really specialists are involved.
And, not only in this ICO it is not so easy to understand the special words. Here are ICOs for so many different use cases, that  I often read the whitepaper and thought, wtf does it mean?
Sometimes they speak about things, which nobody knows, because they invented them just now or want to build in the future. So every wp is a challenge for me, not a native engl. speaker.

i think the idea is to focus on investors first and then on users, so probably something that will be easier to understand for everybody will come at a later stage.

Is it like reading prospectus? I never understand most of it even my own language.

I really don't have time to read 280 pages whitepaper but i could understand brochure at least.

Yeah, the white paper is truly amazing as it was made by health professionals who are experts in their own field. That is why we should expect a lot of medical terminologies as this blockchain based health-centered project. Smiley
In my opinion, no it shouldnt be written by expert if it will be read by regular people, it should be someone who can bridge between regular people and experts, someone who can arrange the words so it can be understood by regular people, It can also be the experts if they also know how to do it.
Its like programmer usually doesnt meet the user or stakeholder directly to discuss how the software will be, because there is a job for that called System Analyst, they will explain to the user/stakeholder whether the software that they ask to create can be translated into code (can really be created) or not.

But actually its up to them if they expected the whitepaper to be read by medical people, im sure most of them will really want to use this later.

This is the paradox of conducting an ICO, I think. If the materials are too thin, they scream SCAM and when the professionals come up with materials for the project, it is to hard to understand. Also this is how exhaustive documentation will become in the future with regulation coming. We better get wise to it. Perhaps this project, set up the way it is, are looking at big ticket investors who will do due diligence and judge it from the merit of the project.

I think you hit right on the spot, many people think everybody should be able to understand what is in the the whitepaper but, its actually meant mainly for people familiar with the field, which want to know more deep aspects of the project. Small or occasional investors can just relay on general information found in the website.
