I think that a poorer country would better demonstrate the capabilities of ehealth to service people that have little access to GPs/medical advice

i started to like ehealth after friends told me that this is really interesting in the health sector, since they also work in the health sector, having no connection to crypto, they heard about this project. that was a clear indicator for me to keep an eye on this

You are right, first you need to focus on a certain range of potential users! And then to expand further!

I agree, It's better to focus in one region first get the feeedback form the users and after success jump to other markets.

That's a good point. I think that only knowing specifics of a certain country, a project can become successful there.

not sure how big of an issue it is. most people already speak english. true that it's less so in ASIA, but europe and americas are no problem.

I think it will not take much time for the devs to translate it and it would help us a lot to get more informations about the project.

They have also launched articles in Portugese and Czech and very likely more articles in other languages will follow. I think they can't start translating each and every article in English.

I think they should translate those as much as they can, but english is more universal than the other languages so to reach more people english is the best alternative..
