Why should ELES tokens value grow - what facts do you have?

On one side, the portfolio of real estate will increase, while on the other side, with every transaction (selling or renting service of real estate), half of the tokens will get locked and taken effectively out of circulation, decreasing active tokens on the market, which will have a positive effect on the token value. So here we are talking about the basics of value and circulating quantity.
Another factor that influences the price is the liquidity. And also with this reason we plan to introduce the renting of the properties as this will create constant demand on the ELES tokens, again creating space for token value growth.

Blockchain is the future for sure. Could you explain me the crossroads of blockchain technology and real estate value optimization?

The platform will serve as interaction hub between the ELES token holders and the Fund, created for purchasing touristic-, commercial- and residential properties, starting with the SEE region. While the Fund will focus on identifying distressed assets, which can be restructured as real estate projects, it will later either sell or rent properties. All transactions will be done exclusively with the ELES tokens on ELES platform.
So the platform becomes the crossroad, where value optimization is reflected within the real estate projects that are finalized and out on the platform. The value of individual real estate is expected to be worth more than the investment amount (purchase + finalization). And here lies the hidden value that ELES token holders will benefit from once these real estate projects are sold or rented away.
Blockchain technology will help us within our Ecosystem, where with every transaction made through our platform for selling, renting or other services, half of the tokens will get locked, effectively taken out of circulation and decrease active tokens on the market. Without Blockchain technology this would not be possible in order to have trustworthy system behind.

There are more and more real estate projects on blockchain every month. But we are quite certain that our project is the only one with such a specific model (token economics, focus on SEE region, real estate projects deriving from banks NPL's) and a token with the underlying assets behind, at least at this moment.

Which countries are banned from participate in crowdsale?

USA, China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Philippines and Singapore citizens are not allowed to participate in ICO. Citizens of other countries are welcome to participate.

Yes, in the first stage, after the final ELES platform is introduced, the ELES holders will be able to:
- rent touristic properties (in SEE region);
- purchase or rent commercial and residential properties;
- interact and get updates and information about Fund properties.

Later additional services, from which the ELES token holder will be able to benefit, will be introduced on the ELES platform.

The idea
South-East Europe (SEE) is one of the most fertile landscape for distressed assets. The region is regarded as possessing the highest mid-term potential from distressed deals within the EU with an averaged annual gross domestic product (GDP) growth of 2.3% despite being saddled with 130 billion euros in non-performing loans. To remain profitable, banks must keep their NLP at a bare minimum and in some cases, are prepared to sell high-collaterals to clean up NLP and inject capital into their operations. Herein lies the opportunity that sets Element Estates apart from all other “real-estate-on-the-blockchain” platform

nteresting project on real estate. However, utilising ELES tokens to buy real estates might be tough simply because of the volatility of cryptocurrencies and especially alt coins. Seen a lot of projects that tried doing this but none have succeeded so far. However, would love to see how this team take it to the next level.

CEO and co-founder Žiga:
Žiga has more than 13 years of experience in the financial and real estate industry. For more than 8 years he has been working for the esteemed SEE financial institution Raiffeisen Group and has also served there as Managing Director of a leasing company that placed more than EUR 200 mln of assets in real estate. There, he gained invaluable experience in running, successfully restructuring and managing a company, working with distressed assets and restructuring different types of real estate. Through his knowledge and professionalism, he also advised several companies on greenfield real estate projects and performing retail centers.


Founder Peter:

Peter has 15 years of experience in the financial industry having been involved in asset management and advisory in many investment management companies in former Yugoslavia. He is also a member of several supervisory boards in the region and serves as advisor to the Board of Qwest investments plc. Peter received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Ljubljana University.
