I think in our case this is a normal project with a normal team. It’s a pity, because there are so many charlatans, the whole world of blockchain technologies has suffered a lot. Time will pass and everything will fall into place.

With some of them she formed a new start-up company to enter the global markets. She and her team are now looking for nice premises they can use as an office. Soon they lend on the ELES platform.

In the whitepaper is written "properties, which are maintained to allow part-time, or one time stays by individuals or families" -  does this go just for Elements Estates portfolio properties or will Elements Estates have an option like small Airbnb for renting ?

Will you have a payment card that will support ELES? Will that be an individual card or like a joined ELES card (with, for example, tenX)?

How scalable will be ELES platform and which company will develop it?



ELES platform is primarily developed for utilization of ELES tokens. So we can add or list numerous real estate projects on it. The idea for the future is also to be able to connect with other platforms and so to become a real estate hub. In this way ELES platform is scalable like the saying goes only sky is the limit.
We are developing ELES platform with our partner Dlabs.    Can we see some references of Dlabs company Huh

On the platform you said there will be some kind of reports what happened (new portfolios, sold real estate, etc.). Do you already have some more information what will be in such reports?



We have a good idea of how these reports will look like (content wise) as they are a common practice with classical real estate funds. So, ELES token holder will be able to view the financial data of started projects, the timeline and phases of these projects, all the cost estimations and real costs on the projects etc.

The bottom line is that these reports will help us to build trust with all ELES token holders as we will communicate with them transparently all the facts, progress and goals of each project.

How will be contributors able to monitor the investments of the real estate fund in separate phases?

Well we have a classical infrastructure and profile of people behind. What we do is first analyze potential real estate projects, we make thorough due diligence (static, dynamic with cash flows, risk analysis, etc.), different scenarios weighted and investment decision. Later on it will be presented on Platform for voting. After decision and acquisition of project a skilled project manager takes over, a set-up of external partners and supervisors is done and a start of the monitoring process etc. Projects will be constantly monitored, timelines and costs re-checked. We will have 5 phases on projects and final date on finish of the projects, like you can already see already in beta platform.

A small part of the crowd sale funds will go to the development of the platform, while the majority will be distributed to building the real estate portfolio. With the increase of real estate over a period of time, more and more properties will become available for rent and sale. With every transaction, a certain amount of tokens will be locked for a certain period of time and taken out of circulation. This will have a positive effect on the token value.
