What distinguishes ELES?

Through the strategic use of ELES tokens Elements Estates project will create its own ecosystem driven by the platform. The aim is to maximize the growth possibility of the ELES token
value through utilization of tokens in real life and to ensure that, the users of ELES tokens, the
fund, the parties that we partnership with and in general also wider community, all benefit.
Through the consultative management of the fund, up to 40 percent of issued ELES tokens
will be kept as a liquidity fund. This means that because a large amount of traffic is expected
in certain periods by token use, Elements Estates can ensure that in these peaks of token
demands, they will be able to partially assist with supply of tokens on a market, but only up to
50 percent of requested amount at market price.
Highest percentage possible of maximum 40 percent will always be maintained as an operating liquidity pool, so those who use ELES tokens will have the ability to convert the funds back
into Fiat currencies through our partner payment providers. This added liquidity will ensure
that the Fund is also able to manage the properties within it effectively, never maximizing the
Fund into capital, killing the liquidity element of the Fund. In doing so it ensures that there is a
full operating capital element and small protection element for ELES token users.

If I am whitelisted and KYC-ed in 2018 will it be ok also for 2019 when ICO will start - or there will be new requirements?


If you already successfully finished our KYC, you are OK. There will not be any new requirements from us for 2019 KYC, except if any regulatory body should demand something new, within some future regulation. Our existing requirements are in standard with current financial KYC procedures so we do not expect really anything new.

Meet Judy, Judy is a businesswoman from London, England. During the Elements Estates pre-sale Judy has bought and acquired 300.000 ELES tokens to buy an apartment for her holidays. She also plans to rent it to other people during her absence, to generate a passive income. She did this mostly because she is already planning to find an apartment in Greece or Cyprus for a purchase. Judy plans to enjoy the apartment herself for 2 months over the year and to put it for a rent for the remaining 10 months.

The crossroads of Blockchain technology and real estate value optimization
The platform will serve as interaction hub between the ELES token holders and the Fund, created for purchasing tourism-, commercial- and residential properties in the SEE region. While the Fund will focus on identifying distressed assets, starting within the SEE region, which can be restructured as real estate projects, it will later either sell or rent properties.

All transactions will be done exclusively with the ELES tokens.

Will ElementsEstates do the flipover of the "in development" portfolios or will you have contractors that will do that for you ?


For development of real estate projects, we will cooperate with local service providers that will be chosen for each project. Our team will lead the development project so to keep control over the project phases and costs but with best local provider that has access to needed construction material and labour force.
If you take into consideration that we might have more projects active in different countries than you may understand that it makes no sense for us to have our own company for reconstruction as there would be no way to really compete locally.



Local service providers will buidl a network and i think that will bring value and success!   Platform will be a heart of project and transactions&business

Will you find theese providers also on the platform or just random gathering proposals and who is the best and the cheapest will do the flipover ?

These providers will not be on the platform. Elements Estates will filter the best ones for the job.

Will in some cases the community have a voting which one to choose ? Or maybe if I am a contractor from Germany and an ELES token hodler .. do I have some advantage for work with ELES for the flip over ?
