How long do you think people will need to adapt to the concept of Elements Estates platform ?

We believe that ELES platform will be simple enough for everyone to use as it will resemble to average real estate listings so we don't really expect problems with adopting the platform for regular use. This is important especially for the users that will regularly rent commercial real estate or touristic real estate. If it will be simple enough (and we believe it will) than it is bigger chance for them to return and re-use the services on ELES platform.

Do we need blockchain?

Nicely said. Hate big whales that manipulate with the price and crypto but still more and more peopole need to have crypto so that the whales don't manipulate the price soo much. I think ICO projects with potential with the right decisions will be golden in maybe 5-10 years. Like the .com era with look at it now a couple of huge companies. Just have to help adopt it to the market. People just don't know that when there is a dump you need to invest and not the other way around to sell... But I guess it will change in time.  We will see.  Roll Eyes Grin

I think I also agree with you... new aths maybe already in the end of 2019 .. but we will see. Also ICOs will thrive even more in the future I think once people see the true potential of blockchain not just  cryptocurrencies.

Will ElementsEstates do the flipover of the "in development" portfolios or will you have contractors that will do that for you ?


For development of real estate projects, we will cooperate with local service providers that will be chosen for each project. Our team will lead the development project so to keep control over the project phases and costs but with best local provider that has access to needed construction material and labour force.
If you take into consideration that we might have more projects active in different countries than you may understand that it makes no sense for us to have our own company for reconstruction as there would be no way to really compete locally.



Local service providers will buidl a network and i think that will bring value and success!   Platform will be a heart of project and transactions&business

Will you find theese providers also on the platform or just random gathering proposals and who is the best and the cheapest will do the flipover ?
