Nice project. I think it's one of the most promising projects of the year, solid project with a great team.
The project is safe and secure by investing and trading securities on the Blockchain platform. But is the competitive element of the project a liquidity asset?

The Equitybase platform is designed to lower the barriers of entry for issuers to launch security tokens on the blockchain. By introducing the tools for a simple marketplace for securities issuances and alternative market trading, the Equitybase platform can help bridge the gap between traditional securities and blockchain based asset ownership.Equitybase offers legal compliant solutions for issuers, intermediaries and investors to issue and trade security tokens and could ultimately help a complex, global regulatory landscape onto the blockchain.
Is the goal to let every company out there tokenize their securities or shares? What is the legal situation as it is crystal clear that there will be issues with the SEC?
The goal is excellent and once everybody understand this, the community can be completely reassured of the growing strength of the project.
we will be fully regulated within usa, we are working on other region licenses as of we speak (eu, Australia) to become a fully legal securities token exchange platform. certain country such as china does not allow ats or has very strict investment requirement (open to institution only) such as hk. we will only be able to offer our equity invest in those region.

No answer to the question concerning the legal status. If you turn the business model straight into a security issuing business model, there will be problems with regulators or not?
we are going be regulated securities offering platform comply with sec, we will launch in eu as well with necessary license in place also
