What are the principal advantages of the FundCoin, compared to its competitors?

FundCoin aims to provide a “safer harbour” for investors to invest in the high-growth blockchain sector in a way that better protects their investment from the volatility in this sector. The majority of the new fund (70%) is invested in more stable traditional alternative investment strategies. Up to 30% is invested in the blockchain industry.

The private equity token advantages:
- Hedges cryptocurrency market high volatility and correlation due to underlying investments in private companies
- Allows crypto investors to profit from participation in an institutional high performance investment asset class
- Links crypto capital to the real world, income and growth generated by real companies operating activities — a safer harbor for the upcoming cryptocurrency possible market correction
- Regular income generated by private equity investments can be used to buyback FundCoin from the market to support liquidity and quotation and thus create more stability

If the ICO target is reached, do you know how many FundCoins will be created?

We aim to gather 100€ mln. So as 1 FundCoin = 1 Euro, 100 mln. A respective number of FundCoins will be created, meaning that if 99 million Euros are raised, 99 million FundCoins will be created.

What will happen to 1 million remaining to 100m?

The number of the issued FundCoins will be equal to the amount of the funds raised, 1 FND=1 Euro

Got it! So, if 50M are raised, then there will be only 50M FundCOins. Thank you

And Which Exchanges will accept FundCoin?

Our tokens are ERC20 compliant and can be stored on Ethereum wallets which support this protocol. The FundCoin will be freely available and traded at the Ethereum compatible exchanges. The list of the available exchanges will be announced later.

Hi, What will govern the distribution process?

It's governed by Smart Contracts. You can read more in our White Paper at https://finles.capital. The FNDs will be distributed pro-rata as per paid/invested amounts at the rate of 1 FND = 1 EUR

That's right.
Investors can start to trade their FundCoin tokens in secondary exchanges immediately after they will be listed at the crypto exchanges, typically several weeks after the ICO.

How early after the ICO can investors trade (buy and sell) their tokens?

As usual, after a couple of weeks. Do you want to sell them already?  Grin
