What´s the advantages of ringCT algorithm ( the one used by Monero and the one i think XLC will adopt too) over zk-snark used for zcoins. Which one is more private?and will XLC use ringCT too? as far as i have researched zk-snarks can´t be used it in a currency because it requires a trusted ledger hence making it more centralized?

Since they used word security for token which is equal to share in company this thing makes this project attractive for investors. Yes you are right friend. Both teams are from Russia and the projects look some what similar. But the fact is GBSystems is far better than the thing you have mentioned.
