I think this is the most optimal option to distribute so it is necessary to be something like a pyramid and the project is clearly not to it if it gets deeper into technical information.

How can deepening the technical information interfere with the development of the project?

All the information about buying the real estate objects will be in personal account of investor.

It turns out that an outsider looking at the project site does not know anything about investing?

If I understand correctly, the biggest advantage of the project is that it has many experts and provides an opportunity to invest in real estate to a thin and thick wallet.

If only all investments paid off. I'm a little confused by the moment that purchased tokens will be frozen for a long period of time on the project account.

The tokens will not be frozen. After ICO it will be possible to sell the tokens on internal exchanger GDEX. NES tokens will be possible to sell on the cryptocurrency exanchers after the ICO.

All unsalted tokens will be put in reserve. When the founders of ICO will find a real estate object woth to buy they released the necessary amound of tokens to buy this real estate.

The profit will be from 12% till 25%. The profit will be not only from the rent of real estate but also from special projects of the platform.

At the end of 2018, the team is scheduled to launch the special high-yield projects in construction and renovation of high-ROI real estate. It means at least the profit of 20–25% per annum for owner of real estate or 50–75% of net profit when this real estate will be sold.

The high-yield projects may be realized in the following ways:

    By the commercial usage of real estate and including it in the project assets in order to increase average annual income for investors;
    By sale of real estate and one-time distribution of the profits among the investors.

Choosing the projects for investment, our company is primarily guided by the principles of reliability, reasonableness and expediency. The choice will be made only after a thorough analysis of all projects. We will bet on the project only when we have no doubts about its successful realization.
