If a coin/token is from a perspective project, then investors on large exchanges can buy it. Without availability on large exchanges, this coin/token is simply not bought, as additional efforts are required to find and buy.

Yes, and less popular exchanges try to add to the assets only those tokens that are on large exchanges.
