Yes, that's a good point. There are a lot of people who pretend to be good and wants your money, but you can't check if he/she really has made success in trading. Here you have a platform where you can see, if a manager has some skills or not.
This is a way bigger problem then people realize. Even the investment funds of banks are usually terrible, constantly under performing the market. However if they make 2% gains they say they "won", since u get more then u would have for interest. Total bullshit though, if the market is up 4% and a fund is up 2%, they perform 50% worse then just buying sp500. I have 2 investment funds that are locked in for 10 years at my bank. Both funds under performed the market 7 out of 8 years. 2 years they even made a loss of 1% (during financial crisis 2008/2009). The funds are almost at their end, and when it does ill close all my accounts at the bank for giving me empty promises !
