Personnel, regarding the question Team, I searched for information with them and there was no difficulty in solving my problems, I see a very determined and focused Team, who already touched the project knows how complicated it is to be present everywhere, there are investors and supporters with the project providing excellent support and I think enough. That's just the media company pushing their liberal agenda, there's no way you should trust those 'studies'. Men are typically more driven to invest more in order to attract a mate or provide for their families whether they are good or not at investing. The minority of women who actually do serious investing would be better investors than the average male.

Anyway, back to the project. It is just a first impression, but the team photos look professional and serious, which gives me more confidence.

Yes the team handle the communication really well, it’s imortant to have a great communication with devs team to build trust with the community. Genesis vision team do that very well, and people always enjoy the proximity with team.

If the devs don't believe in their project, how should  they expect this from investors? All the same, you're right, a lot of devs aren't so active and responsive as in this thread.

Regarding managers' tokens on internal exchange, I suppose that if a manager is doing pretty good his/her token will go up in price in the internal exchange, it will be possible to sell/buy tokens on internal exchange during the reporting period?
