what’s the minimum number of citizens that a town should have in order to make it possible to open co-working there?
There’re no such restrictions, the main thing is that the town should have a stable situation in the real estate market and most of our tokenholders should vote for it.

i was working in Europe for two years, worked on various projects, my team was located in co-working, it helped to save on renting an office.
and it seems to me, it’ll be very difficult for GOODWORK to become a leader of this market ‘cause it is very saturated, the competition is high and large companies are working in this direction. IMHO.
is the competition really high? it seems to me that, on the contrary, there’re not so many co-working now, so the market needs new proposals is the competition really high? it seems to me that, on the contrary, there’re not so many co-working now, so the market needs new proposals
indeed, there’s competition, according to experts, there are more than 14,000 co-workings in the world, but at the same time the annual growth of customers is more than 50%, so new offers are needed now, especially those that have unique features, as in the case of GOODWORK
is GOODWORK ready to offer its customers something unique?
first of all, i’d mention their modern approach to the organization of working space, design of premises. many creators of co-workings dont think much about it, but this trend is a thing of the past. and, of course, i cant fail to mention such unique systems as GoodNet and GoodCRM which will be available to the residents of GOODWORK.
hmm it makes me interested, so what will the options of these systems be?
GoodNet and GoodCRM systems have rich functionality, which is aimed at improving the interaction between members of the team. they will help increase the effectiveness of the work. you can read more details about them in our technical documentation.

The philosophy of GOODWORK isnt bad. i think that it will be very effective to work in their co-workings if they really manage implement all the principles in life.
and, what is of most importance, it will be comfortable.
probably, the most relevant principle is that the way to the office shouldnt take more than 20 minutes.
i spend about an hour in the morning to get to my work now. it is very exhausting, then i need another hour to get focused on productive work...
i wonder how they will support the friendly atmosphere in co-working
u know, once i was on a business trip in another country, i worked there for several days in one co-working, there was a person who was constantly making noise, interfering with work. but the most incomprehensible to me is that no one told that he was wrong, lol.

well, GOODWORK promises that the atmosphere will always be friendly. probably, someone will control it, so that there wont be such people
and, btw, i believe that the desire to have a modern interior shouldn’t make things worse, spending time in the office shouldnt be harmful to health
Hello. The finishing of all premises will be carried out with the use of high-quality and environmentally friendly materials. There will be enough sunlight, clean air and the temperature regime in the rooms will be appropriate. Working in GOODWORK co-workings wontbe harmful to health.
