where is the wallet download? I didnt find any info the platform used? Am I drinking to much and missing the info?

Out token is ETH based. You can use your Ethereum wallet.
In order to make HAC token display in your ETH wallet account, you will need:
- to put in the address of token’s smart contact - 0x43567eb78638A55bbE51E9f9FB5B2D7AD1F125aa,
- denotation – HAC,
- the amount of digits after the comma – 4.

Why do you think that it's better to begin sales on the rise?
It seems somehow illogical for me.
I understand what you mean. But only very experienced traders can predict the end of "bears" and beginning of "bulls" (the best moment for buying).
For the majority of investors general rise of alts means that the crypto becomes profitable again. And it encourages most beginners and private investors to buy cryptos.

I just wonder why there so little similar projects here. Most of them are based on some virtual things which I don't completely understand.

I think I can explain it to you as far as I understand it.
I surfed this forum for a while and found some similar projects. I also consider such projects (hardware, realty, cars developmen etc) to be more reliable but there are very little of them. I see next reasons to it:
1. The process of production is rather long. So this proj is long-term one. But most people here just want to get quick profit. Thus such projects are not as popular as others (software, services).
2. The project is more difficult in development. So team often concentrates on development itself and leaves marketing behind.
This is not the ultimate truth. It's just my opinion.

We are not actually very much dependent on exchange rates because we have a long-term ICO. The rates are supposed to be changing during the whole sales period.
