Maybe the price will go down, maybe not. Can be for some days, because a lot of people will make the intrest to real money.

But if you look at the intrest what homeblock paid, it is one of the best in the market. And that is what investors searching for.

So, if homeblock will not change the intrestrates and it is easy to pay out, more investors will come.

Yes the lending feature is not going away at all. the ability to purchase the coin for market price of $4.13 and lend them on the platform for $8.00 will be gone on Feb 1st or when price goes above $8.00 whichever is first and you will only be able to lend for market price value. Meaning if the coin is worth $6 then that's all the lending power it will have
