They announced it was in a thread bounty, that the hard cap had been reached but if there were no developments what appeared would make a big trend for everyone nowadays because all types of coins were unstable and difficult to predict.

I Surprised that KARATCOIN assembled hardcap in such market. The project probably has strong support from private investors. And a big increase in the cost of KCD is quite possible after entering the market - if the developers pay due attention to marketing. Marketing is one of the components of success in any market.
