They said that identity verification was needed to trade and make withdrawals on the exchange. Then what's the problem?
Problems with large or small withdrawal values. They said it was necessary to verify identity, which meant that everyone who wanted to trade and make withdrawals on the exchange had to verify their identity.

Nothing is said for large or small withdrawals, which means all must verify no matter how large or small the value is.
