If you need more info about the exchange live better go to their telegram group and they can answer your question because still, kubitx is in ICO stage once they successfully complete the ICO. Soon they will release the Beta website to the public.

Thats true,hard cap is definietly reachable,and possible.Reaching hard cap would be huge thing,and will make development much easier
