For sure there would be. But i think they will focus first on mobile view compatibility than a standalone android/ios app. It's too early to guess.

I think cos lots of people don't have access to bank account so crpyto could be well used solution.
Exactly, everyone has a smartphones today and that is more then enough to control your money and get access to lots of goods, services and options.
Today you can only have smartphone and internet connection anf everthing is reachable.
