Sorry, im already have joined to another signature campaign.Let's assume someone used Loci service to register a patent. Would be this patent legit in USA from a legal standpoint?
Loci gives you the right to create a "disclosure" and this disclosure according to USPTO rules gives the original inventor 12 months to file the actual patent wih the USPTO
@Northa so what he's saying is that you still have to register the patent with the USPTO, but when you use Loci, at this point, no one else can beat you to the punch.
@nameMINE let me see if I misunderstood; Loci is planning to develop of full service of patent registration that is valid worldwide, am I right? So not just the "disclosure" part?
