First impression about anything last longer and this is here too when you see 3D/VR ecosystem and other available information the interest starts getting deeper in the project. This is very good for the project because people gets involved immediately with this new usage of VR in future planned by the team of this project.

As for China - unfortunately for the whole crypto community latest gathering of the communist party decided to continue the ban to any ICO, so we do not consider China will fully investigate and approve our case. We will be happy to submit it to China's officials if/when they will change the policy

That is very good question, Itogo.
Could you please specify what do you mean by "filing the proper paperwork"?
To the best of my knowledge the process is not fully formalized yet, and were are considering various steps to insure compliance with SEC regulation.
(Actually, as MRK is utility token and NOT securities - we do pass Howey Test, and we just need prove it - we are working with legal community on that subject. You may find detailed description of legal framework here: https://www.coinbase.com/legal/securities-law-framework.pdf)
Bottom line: we do hope to be able to invite US citizens to participate in our ICO if and only if we are absolutely sure that we are in full compliance with SEC and other regulators.
