Project seems interesting. Looked at your paper and you say that you have building a payment platform . Also from my understanding in the market now has 3 types of ICO : own platform ( own blockchain ) , Protocol and Dapp . So Menuva is an ERC-20 tokens . So Menuva is not creating an own blockchain . So Just 2 kind left . Which one are you ?

The presale starts today at 18:00 CET. Currently there is no need for KYC but if we have doubts that You come from one of the restricted regions we will ask You the verify the identify and country of residence,

When is end of ICO? From your ICO plan it looks like token sale started at 27th January and ICO ends after 25 days.. so it should ends at 21st of February. Am I correct?
Our planned end of ICO is on April the 12th. Our pre-sale starts tomorrow 08.02.2018 (18:00 CET) and ends on 11.03.2018. Currently the main sale is planned for March 12th. Of course if the hardcap is reached before the sale will end sooner. You can see our medium blog article about the pre-sale plans. Well, With Menuva Platform transaction is protected with Escrow, Then how much the escrow will cost for a transaction? Is there a percentage deduction for escrow? This to me looks like how does Coinspayment and ShapeShift work.
Thank You for the question necromastery, a good one if I might add.Since Menuva is a platform, we have a lot more room to work with than just being a token. Escrow cost will depend on various things but will always be below 2%. You will be able to deposit Your currency onto the Menuva platform and enjoy transactions between users. Of course using direct payments instead of escrow payments will lower the cost but it will also make You vulnerable and we recommend those transactions only to users with good ratings.
Coinspayment and ShapeShift are just "payment acceptors". They do not provide any escrowing, securing transactions nor any ratings or transparency. Count into that that the fees on both of those are sky high and their rates are manipulated and do not represent the current exchange rates.

Menuva is a good platform that gives everyone ease to make payments using crypto, I will try it out later. hopefully this project is successful so it can provide the best service for its users
