This is the reason why other ico states their needs in usd and peg rate just prior to ico launch. Would have made sense in this case since they wanted alot of funds for their license.

At some point if we want to the fiat-to-crypto flippening to happen, we need to stop thinking in dollars and start thinking in Ether instead.

its actually 11/12. I Think the extension was due to the delay of fiat payment option.

So will they report the amount collected only on that date: 11/12? It would be good to provide a weekly report of the value obtained in the pre-sale

In general, I agree. This is one of the projects where the price of the token should not fall below the price of the ICO in the long term.

They will publish it after the pre-ICo, they said so at the beginning, so please be patient with them, all will be known on time, this is a good project, so they will inform us all the way throughout the process, until january where it all ends.

Sometimes that is true, especially if BTC is getting the spotlight, and there is only one exchange where the prices could eb easily manipulated by whales, so as long as BTC is down, and there is more than one exchange, that won't happen.
