This is not the case, bounty was paid only to signature campaign, other participants have no clue when it will be paid. The bounty thread was closed without any updates for almost 1 month.
But what about the other campaigns? Already how much time has passed. What are the successes and updates of the project? Is there any information?
Until now there is no news whatsoever, whether it is about Bounty, project development or exchange.

What will be with investors money if soft cap does not reached. Do you plan to refund all payments or you will going forward with contributions what you have? What will be with unsold tokens?
Maybe they will decide to extend their sale? Well, although a more correct decision would be simply to return the moneyI not absolutely understand, ico unless haven't come to the end yet? if ico proceeded, then we for certain wouldn't earn reward for bounty. And I have received already NEBEUS tokens, but they where don't bargain and I don't know what with them to do to me.

I bought tokens lately and realized the previous smart contract is void. How then do I get my tokens replaced with the new one coz the old tokens is still displying inside my MEW?

It's a pity that Nebeus haven't met the softcap. The conditions and benefits of this ICO was great, with just $100 participation one could get payment card, IBAN account and trading account. I think Nebeus should prolong the campaign and raise the exposure in all media channels to attract more investors. I saw other banking like ICO that ask $140 for a payment card after ICO ended.
