I had the same problem yesterday! Try DMing admins on telegram like @Adomass or @Hiibiscus, they have a special chat for ICO support that they direct you to, or they answer everything themselves
i had some other problems but the support was really helpful! Just shoot a message to admins and they will add you to the group
and beware of scammers, I got so many messages from the people acting as admins..
Yeah I see they get a lot of scam attacks... I guess that means that the project has some traction and hype?
I think so, this is actually one of the most promising projects I've seen in a while

i think the round for non whitelisters starts tomorrow and it's still possible to get bonuses! the hardcap is 9.8M

Withdrawal fees are a direct cost transferred from an exchange and money institution (was 0.00 in the demo case) to the user. ORCA does not charge additional fees for the transaction.

What is your time frame and partner status? It was a really ambitious goal and I worked in the banking industry and knew how slow their IT cycle was. Do not be negative just be aware of the friction and know widely accepted to be riddled with hurdles, the platform will only be as powerful as the integration you can make.
They have partnership with Tomochain and some other less known crypto-projects (Rivetz, Essentia, Trust wallet, STK, Debitum ). As for roadmap you can see at their site.

I think ORCA Alliance is one of the best crypto projects in recent times. The beta product is really promising and users can easily transfer money from crypto to bank account / debit to recharge in just a few seconds.

Sure
ERC 20 has a bug which may cause burning ether in some scenarios, while in ERC777 there is a solution for this bug and some other features like blacklisting addresses.

Ethereum is still promoting ERC20 while we know it has a bug, would love to have the list of the ERC777 ICOs.
