Hey, glad you came along. Our BitcoinTalk presence is not too active, we don't concentrate the efforts on this platform.
The ICO date is yet to be announced, the private sale is currently active. We will announce the dates in the near future

Hello, we take this very seriously and no whales are allowed to get a big bunch of ORCA tokens and then dump it. We have set limits per individual contributions and there is a vesting period for private investors making it impossible for them to dump as the tokens will be locked

60% of the total supply to be sold during the ICO is a common practise.

why the decision to give 60% of the tokens to ICOs. it may attracts whales that may buy huge amount and dump it. what was the reason behind such decision.

You should have more criteria to qualify project as promising in future. A lot of crypto team are working hard on current stage. But still we will see how a lot of startups crashing in coming years.
