I talked about this earlier, hardcap paymon is 8 500 000$ is only for the first round of the ICO. The entire period of the ICO is divided into 3 stages, as I understand it total hardcap is around 50kk$

I think a private sale is called private, so as not to disclose exact amount and names) But it would be nice to know the exact amount of fees

The tax consultant is necessary for the moment so as not to burden, therefore this is very important if they want to add it.

they already answered a similar question. this token is only for collection of funds, it can be sold or exchanged, or exchanged in their APP, but officially erc20 token will not be on the exchange

For ICO, and also initially it will be released on the exchange, so that people can see the liquidity. Then they will be exchanged for PMNC in strict order.

What kind of exchanges do you say? about such giants as Bittrex, Binance, Poloniex or those that support only all ERC20 tokens? like etherdelta
