So I finished to read the article you linked in its entireness. And I have to say I am very impressed. I just invested. Hopefully this ICO will turn in something big !

Why are there no updates about the shopeo tokens sold when ICO takes place on the website? Will the number of tokens sold announced after the ICO expires?
I checked the website https://shopeo.io/ico/ And see the address for deposit 0x1838A703581061551C3c9153c810EFa9d1A79C4d
So you can monitor the sales in that address fixed rate of 1 ETH = 4000 SHP. So far I have not seen ETH there.

It is normal that you have not received yet the tokens. They will be distributed after the ICO is ended, to prevent any IOU market that would make people lose money.

No, it is totally decentralised. A buyer that feel fooled submit a case to the Shopeo Assembly, and then delegates vote or whether the seller scammed or not. In case it is proven he is, the Shopeo Assembly, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) will automatically send a scam token to the seller smart contract, making the GUI show the scammer tag, and making the search engine of Shopeo putting him at the bottom of the search results.
So, presume I´m a scammer. Then I will use an adress that a just never use again, and keep scamming people with a new adress. How do you prevent that?
With the built-in escrow. We will strongly recommend to people to use it for sellers with a little trade history.

looks very promising project i joined. also i was look twitter campaign that is too high requirement. it should be minimum 300 followers require. anyway Dev know very well why they did high requirement. today ICO will start i want to know what will be price on ICO?
