In SON there is Skynet and Light, what is the difference between the two?
As I know Skynet is the only staking token on SON Fabric and is used to vote, validate, and delegate validators. Light is used for a transaction fees to mitigate spam.

After reading about the concept of this project, it surely a huge project trying to build a new generation of processor that could replace the existing processor.

On the website it is said that "we are currently placing restrictions on non-accredited investors in the United States and in China". Does this project have any problems to investors of both countries?

Yes the partners of the project are very good. But I need proof that these partners are actually working on this project. The idea is very good, but I think we need to look at the project a little bit.I just did some digging on their websites. One of them is listed on https://riscv.org/membership/3315/opensingularity/ along with Google, Qualcomm, Nvidia, Alibaba and Samsung.
Their members is really stacked. Executives from Alibaba, Qualcomm, and Samsung. Just spent the last hour reading the Whitepaper, extremely well written. Really cool blockchain architecture as well. Good luck to the team
