Where did you get those numbers?

If the block provision is 5000 Light tokens and each validator has 20% of staked Skynet tokens, and the commission fee is 2% across 10 validators, then the 500 tokens will be distributed across the calculations I've outlined earlier.

The Signing App will then detect the transaction of the ABCI Application and signed the transaction using secp256k1. The Relay Signing Application will send transactions to the Ethereum smart contract and the smart contract will send a lightweight ERC20 Token to the user's Ethereum address.
