I think the creative/blog campaign wasn't yet distributed, but bounty is not so important at the moment. I'm still waiting for Bit-Z to list SIG tokens, because it has been over a month after voting has ended. Hope it will be added to trading soon, or maybe team will make a deal with some other exchange.

What do you mean they having problems with payments? Afaik they have finished all bounty payments (if you are reffering to this).
