they shouldn't have delayed the ico in the beginning first. when you delay a project for reasons that are not quite satisfying people lose interest to the project. now they can't collect money and extend bonus tokens. i think that's wrong. let's see when they finish this ico stage and get a deal with exchanges.
I agree with you, before the delay occurs I often see the various threads in this bitcointalk forum, very many people support the development of this project. but I'm sure spectiv will be successful.
