These 200k aren't users on their platform but people who signed up on their website. Platform users are a way less, I think they have a bit over 5,000 downloads.

There already 270 thousand have subscribed. There they give free 100 tokens per subscription. I will not be surprised that I will sign more. But these people will not be on the social network. For the success of a social network, you need as much advertising as possible after the ICO.

Yes, they need to get this network effect going. Once they grow past a certain point new users will come in without marketing but until then it's really hard.

Giving free tokens- is a good idea for attract first members to network. )

such free token giveaways are perfect to increase user base. I think this will help them a lot to increase the number of users.

Sphere looks like a solid project. Definitely looking at this one closely participating for sure in the ICO and as a user of the platform under development.

Indeed there're over 200k subscribed but just 5k dowloads. They have to promote the dowloads and using the platform. Once the get a lot of subscriptions everything should be easier.

Wise decision, burning your remaining tokens or recording could be harmful, and most investors who work the longest prefer to head in when the system is distributing. Will this distribution be in the form of dividends?

Sphere don't pay dividends. It's never been in their whitepaper but mistakenly was on their website. Now it has been replaced with "rewards". 


Mistakenly on their website? How can you make a mistake like that? Anyways, thank you for clearing this up. I think other ICO sites also posted about the dividend, because I remember I read it a couple of times. Hopefully Sphere can contact them to adjust the info

I don't think it's that big of a mistake. Depending on the language I would think rewards could easily be mistaken for dividends. People improperly use words all the time.
I can understand much but how someone can mistake rewards with dividends - this is totally different thing  Wink
Don't be categorical. I think it's to do with the inaccuracy of the translation. And this bug is now fixed. But I agree with you that dividends are much nicer awards.
Payment of dividends for investors does not always affect positively the pricing of tokens, I think in case there is no dividends- token price will be more stable.

Yes and the user growth will be like a snowball. It is more difficult to get from 1k users to 10k users than from 10k users to 100k users. Good times ahead!
