I just don't see people who are into social media vapid trends to be too much into technology to use block chain.
The worse is when they think they are into technology because they have the latest iPhone, but don't know what something simple like ram is.

I think rather make it a continuous ICO ? What are you doing while it is on hold ? What are you going to change ?
its a good idea for the dev to postpone the ico, when you see the turn up not so good you quickly go back to the drawing board, and thats what the dev has done, prepare more and give the project the audience and time it needs,
I agree it takes a lot of preparation and expectation for a successful ico and if the team sees that it is not met, they can always go back to the drawing board to look what must be added to make this ico a success I hope the announcement will be sooner than later.
